Grant Researcher
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Grant Researcher to support our team in identifying grant opportunities that align with our mission and programs. This is an ideal role for students interested in nonprofit management, public policy, fundraising, or communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources
Maintain a database of relevant grant opportunities, deadlines, and requirements
Assist in organizing grant information and summarizing eligibility criteria
Work closely with our team to align opportunities with our programming and strategic goals
Support the grant writing team with background research and data collection as needed
Qualifications:
Strong research, organizational, and written communication skills
Interest in nonprofit work, social impact, or fundraising
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, or grant databases (ideal but not required)
Detail-oriented with a curious and self-starting mindset
