Hours: 1:30pm-10pm M-F
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Badge Technician to assist with creating employee badges for the organization. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet employees and ensure a friendly, welcoming experience.
- Confirm employee appointments and gather necessary information.
- Take high-quality photographs for badge production.
- Upload photos and employee data into the badge management system.
- Print and distribute completed badges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of badge production and issuance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven computer experience and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a 10-year background investigation (BI) and Social Security trace.
- Willingness to take a TB test and provide proof of past vaccinations. If proof is unavailable, vaccinations must be completed before the role begins.
- Ability to complete a company medical form and sign a confidentiality agreement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience taking professional-quality photographs.
- Familiarity with badge creation systems or similar software.
