Job Title: Engineering Aide

Location: Decatur, IL
Pay Rate: $30 to $32 per hour
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: 1 to 2 years of industry experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an Engineering Aide to support our Engineering team and shop floor assembly line. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying assembly issues and provide technical support to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Engineering team and assembly line operations
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement solutions
  • Maintain and update engineering documentation as needed

Technical Skills:

  • Experience supporting engineering and shop floor teams
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot assembly issues
  • CAD experience (Creo preferred)
