About the Role:
Pulse Trading Cards is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about sports, marketing, and working directly with athletes. As our Athlete Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a big role in helping us run athlete campaigns, manage appearances, and create engaging content — all from our Neptune, NJ office.
What You’ll Do:
Help organize and run athlete marketing campaigns, signings, and virtual events
Work with our athletes to collect content, stay on schedule, and communicate updates
Assist in building content for social media and digital platforms
Use Excel to track campaign progress, deliverables, and appearances
Help design and format graphics (Photoshop experience a plus)
Keep everything organized — from internal calendars to campaign timelines
Stay in the loop with what’s happening across the sports world (college & pro)
What We’re Looking For:
Someone with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or working with athletes
A strong understanding of pro and college sports
Comfortable with Excel — not just data entry, but formulas and tracking sheets
Photoshop or design tool experience for basic creative work
Organized, responsive, and able to keep multiple projects moving at once
Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
Must be able to work in-person at our Neptune, NJ office
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked with athletes, influencers, or in sports marketing before
Are familiar with trading cards or the collectibles space
Can juggle fast-paced projects and tight timelines with ease
