Department Overview

The MTA video team is part of the Creative Services group within the Customer Communications Department. Our team manages the MTA YouTube channel, produces content for our system-wide digital screen network, assists production for MTA's various social media channels, and supports the overall marketing efforts across the MTA. Our team is a passionate and dedicated group of video producers, photographers, and 2D and 3D motion graphics artists.

 

Intern Roles & Responsibilities

 

Intern will:

  • assist with a variety of projects in support of our busy YouTube, digital screen network, and social media content calendars. 
  • The day to day will vary from assisting video or photography shoots in the field or 
  • in our studio to editing and organizing assets at HQ. 
  • This will be a hands-on position where you'll gain solid production experience and it's possible get to see your work on your commute home!

Preferred Qualifications

Working towards a degree in or has proven interest in the following: Digital Media/Film/TV/Video Production/Post-Production/Photography/Graphic Design/Motion Graphics/Social Media 

 

Required Qualification

Currently matriculated CUNY student.
