Research Associate

I am looking to hire someone to do about 10 to 15 hours of research over the next week.

The research is in the real estate field.  It's to further develop a summary of 8–30 G affordable housing developments in Greenwich, Norwalk, Westport and Fairfield. Connecticut.

 I have the project started with ChatGPT,  but could use a researcher to help fill in some blanks,  gather more information and perhaps insert some photos or renderings into the report. For the most part, it’s all on the internet. 
 

My thought is that a smart person could get this done in 10-20 hours. Candidates could be someone who hasn’t started their summer job yet, or is older and between jobs. The skills to complete this project would be being organized, somewhat resourceful, and able to recognize the salient facts with a little coaching from me.

The report is informal so I’m not looking for a “court testimony" level of accuracy.  And I think whoever does the work might find it interesting and educational. 

Pay rate is $25 -30 per hour so it’s a quick chance for someone to make a few bucks! It does need to be done in a week.
