Data Analyst II

Role:
As a Data Analyst II, you’ll support both internal teams and external clients by maintaining accurate data systems, creating impactful reports, and streamlining processes. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing requests, preparing ad hoc reports, and driving insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
🧠 Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experience
🛠️ Experience: Minimum 2 years in a data analyst or similar role
💾 Technical Skills:

Strong experience with SQL, especially MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL

Proficiency in SSRS, SSIS, or similar reporting tools

Understanding of SDLC
📈 Bonus if you have:

Healthcare industry experience

Lead experience or prior mentoring roles

Knowledge of VB and advanced Excel

Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently

🕒 Monday–Friday core hours: 8AM–4:30PM CDT
💰 Salary Range: $70,066 – $105,098 (Midpoint: $87,582)
