Highlights:
* Full-Time (80 hours per 2-week pay period).
* 12 hours shifts (typical schedule includes 7 working days per 2-week pay period).
* Every other weekend and some holidays.  Both compensated at a higher rate when worked.
* Shift differential for evenings and weekends ($1/hour).
* Hiring incentive of $3,000 (1/2 paid after successfully completing probationary period of 6 months and remaining 1/2 paid after 1 year of service).
