Customer Success Manager

A rapidly growing global talent platform is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build lasting client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and expand business opportunities. You’ll be the voice of our customers, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Role:

πŸ† Manage and nurture 80-100 client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

πŸ“Š Conduct monthly check-ins to assess client needs and identify expansion opportunities

πŸ” Proactively address any dissatisfaction, working closely with integration and support teams

πŸ— Maintain customer insights and analytics using CRM tools like HubSpot

πŸ—£ Represent client feedback internally to drive product and service improvements

Requirements:

πŸ“ 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field

🌍 Experience working with global teams and a diverse client base

🏒 Strong understanding of business operations and workforce solutions

🎧 Exceptional listening and communication skillsβ€”clients should feel heard and understood

πŸ“ˆ Track record of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities

πŸ›  Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
