
Customer Success Manager
A rapidly growing global talent platform is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build lasting client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and expand business opportunities. Youβll be the voice of our customers, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Role:
π Manage and nurture 80-100 client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
π Conduct monthly check-ins to assess client needs and identify expansion opportunities
π Proactively address any dissatisfaction, working closely with integration and support teams
π Maintain customer insights and analytics using CRM tools like HubSpot
π£ Represent client feedback internally to drive product and service improvements
Requirements:
π 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
π Experience working with global teams and a diverse client base
π’ Strong understanding of business operations and workforce solutions
π§ Exceptional listening and communication skillsβclients should feel heard and understood
π Track record of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
π Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
π€ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and integration teams
