Customer Success Manager

A rapidly growing SaaS company in the digital experience space is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team! If you have a passion for building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, this is the role for you. You’ll be working with top global brands to help them maximize the value of our platform while driving retention and growth.

🔹 Role:

🚀 Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders

🎯 Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests

🤝 Partner with sales and implementation teams for smooth onboarding and adoption

📊 Track customer engagement and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

🔍 Proactively address potential issues and develop strategic solutions

📢 Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their needs are met

📝 Deliver reports showcasing customer success and platform impact

🛠️ Provide feedback to product and development teams for continuous improvement

Requirements:

🔹 5-8 years of experience in customer success or account management

🔹 Experience with Enterprise SaaS (preferably CMS or composable DXP)

🔹 Strong communication and relationship-building skills

🔹 Proven ability to turn challenges into opportunities

🔹 Track record of defining and executing key performance metrics

🔹 Proactive mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction

🔹 Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings

🔹 Enthusiastic, creative, and a strong team player
