Job Title                    Front End Engineering Intern, Innovations Group 

Location                   Remote, Texas, USA

Compensation:     $22 -$25 hourly USD

 

Job Summary:

We’re looking for motivated and curious college students or recent graduates to join our Innovations Group as a Frontend Engineering Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a B2B Showroom application used by leading fashion and apparel brands, while gaining hands-on experience with modern web technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

 

As an intern you may be working on one of more of the below areas:

  • Develop and enhance UI features using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Refine product design and improve the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) using CSS and design principles
  • Integrate APIs and optimize performance to ensure seamless data fetching and rendering
  • (Optional) Gain exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, Java, or GraphQL
  • Implement accessibility best practices to ensure usability for diverse users
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions to learn industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with React or other modern frontend frameworks
  • Understanding of state management concepts (e.g., Redux, Context API, or similar) is a plus
  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
