Salary Range: $73,939 - $115,213

Responsibilities/Duties:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned civil works projects.
* TDY Travel 40%
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to share lessons learned, improvements, and resolve issues.
* Coordinate with counterparts to ensure efficiency and adherence to project schedules.
* Prepare PWS for maintenance and repair projects for stakeholders and agencies.
*Effectively communicate with employees and external agencies.
* Apply knowledge of engineering practices, contract methods, costs, materials, and equipment.
* Prepare notes, drawings, and sketches of field changes for record drawings and contract documents.
* Adjust schedules and scope to optimize resources and meet requirements and objectives.
* Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies on work plans and project requirements.
* Provide work plans, completion reports, and financial documents to meet sponsor requirements.
*Travel to projects as needed to provide oversight and support.
*Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans, specifications, and technical manuals
* Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for task orders and Collateral Duty Safety Officer (CDSO) for Operations Division maintenance projects (GS-12)
