Power Apps Developer
Job Description
The Company seeks a Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using the Microsoft Power Apps platform. This role emphasizes building innovative solutions and setting up a low-code development platform for streamlined processes.
The developer will work with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and related technologies, focusing on integrating real-time and analytical systems. This position also involves requirement analysis, application development, testing, and lifecycle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop new applications and maintain existing ones, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and design solutions.
- Integrate Dataverse, Oracle, and SQL Server databases using connectors.
- Provide after-hours support as needed.
- Produce documentation and recommend best practices.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years: Experience in application development, computer system analysis, and testing in IT.
- 5 years: Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- 3 years: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for storage, data modeling, and management.
- 3 years: Power App custom application development, including Canvas and Model-driven apps.
- 2 years: Experience with Power Pages and Power Fx Formula language.
- 2 years: Proficiency in Restful APIs.
- 2 years: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, and JSON.
- 2 years: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and related services.
- 2 years: Knowledge of pre-built and custom connectors for secure data source integration.
- Preferred: Agile methodology experience (5 years).
- Preferred: Power Automate RPA/DPA integration (1 year).
- Preferred: Digital document and invoice processing using AI Builder (1 year).
- Preferred: Power BI integration (1 year).
- Preferred: Power Platform Developer Certification.
Work Hours and Terms
- Start Date: December 16, 2024
- End Date: August 31, 2025 (with possible extensions).
- Total Hours: Up to 1,280 hours.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
- Telework Option: Up to three days a week with manager approval.

- Must pass a fingerprint background check.
- Travel costs (if approved) must align with Texas state guidelines.
