Project First-Gen: Corporate & Investment Banking!
At Wells Fargo, we believe that opportunity begins with education. To assist in furthering the education and interests of students interested in a career in high finance, Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking, in partnership with Wells Fargo Early Careers, is proud to launch Project First-Gen: CIB, an eight-week virtual program for first-generation college sophomores.
This program will provide participants with details on the core businesses that make up CIB: Investment and Corporate Banking, Markets, & Commercial Real Estate.

Participants in Project First-Gen: CIB can expect the following:
- Weekly live 90-minute virtual sessions over eight-weeks led by key industry leaders and market makers.
- Insights on global capital markets, credit analysis and lending, deal execution, sales and trading, fixed income securities, equity securities, client engagement, and more!
- Upcoming recruiting opportunities from Wells Fargo Early Careers, such as the 2026 Summer Analyst (Intern) Program.
Key Dates:
- Sunday, September 1, 2024: Interest form closes *may close sooner based on volume
- Wednesday, September 25, 2024: Program launch
- Wednesday, November 13, 2024: Program commences
