Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin)

Epay World LLC is a fast-growing full-service payment processing company; we work with customers from diverse industries to streamline their electronic payments and collections. Because of our huge growth, Epay World is now seeking a self-motivated and energetic Customer Success Specialist.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services.
• Identify opportunities and persuade customers to stay on boarding.
• Communicate and explain the benefits of the products and services.
• Update and ensure the accuracy of customers' policy and information.
• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction from gathering feedback.
• Answer phone calls and respond stakeholders with the most updated information.
• Provide first call resolution to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with valuable agents and partners.
• Upsale.

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Confident talking to a diverse group of people.
• Capable to work independently and multitasking.
• Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin, fluent.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16-20/h
