This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

Duties

You will:

• Perform routine laboratory testing or conducts routine aspects of field sampling or laboratory experiments;
• Assist in the maintenance of laboratory/scientific equipment and the maintenance of instruments for proper function, i.e. cleaning of utensils, equipment, etc.;
• Assist in the performance of standardized support duties such as the collection of literature references and the organization of files;
• Perform other simple laboratory duties as required.
