Supervisory Program Analyst (Ethics)

As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Ethics), you will:

  • Oversee a comprehensive ethics program, including directing financial disclosure operations, interpreting conflict of interest laws, and providing authoritative guidance to senior officials.
  • Lead a team of professional staff, to include; assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, identifying training needs, or implementing strategies to improve productivity and program outcomes.
  • Provide advice to employees and managers on the interpretation and application of ethics statutes, regulations, and policies on issues including financial disclosure, recusals and gift exceptions.
  • Design ethics training courses and materials.
  • Conduct HHS reviews of ACF ethics programs to evaluate effectiveness and compliance with statutes, regulations, and HHS policies.
