Barista

Pilgrim Roasters is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Barista to join the team at our brick-and-mortar cafe. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, focusing on the meticulous preparation of individual coffees and ensuring proper, precise extractions for every cup. While previous coffee experience is not required, a passion for technical precision, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills are essential. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you master our specific brewing variables and extraction standards.
