Core Duties of an Event Assistant
- Meet with customers face-to-face to promote client products and services.
- Educate potential customers on offerings, eligibility, and promotional deals.
- Drive sales through interactive demos and consultative selling.
- Set up and break down event booths to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Track sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with other Event Assistants and sales teams to optimize event strategies.
- Stay informed on products, services, promotions and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Meet weekly sales goals set for the Event Assistants and contribute to overall team success.
Event Assistant Key Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outgoing Event Representative with a passion for customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or as an Event Assistant is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from the local office
