About the role

You'll be making outbound calls on behalf of BuildSignals to book appointments for home remodeling contractors across the US. We give you a proven script and process. Your job is to work it consistently every day.

Our average setter earns $9,000/month. No experience required. No salary either. Your pay is entirely based on your output. The people who do well here treat it like a business, not a gig.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to homeowners and book qualified appointments. Follow up consistently using a process we provide. Track your activity and report daily. Work independently with no micromanagement and no hand-holding.

What we're looking for

Someone warm and confident on the phone who people enjoy talking to. Someone who already shows up consistently in some area of their life: athletics, academics, a side project, anything. Someone who doesn't need external pressure to get moving. You need to be US-based with fluent English, and you need real hours to give this, not just 20 minutes between classes.

Compensation

Commission only. Paid per qualified appointment booked plus a percentage of closed deals. Top setters average $9,000/month with no cap.

Why college?

You have time, energy, and something to prove. Most campus jobs pay $12/hr. This doesn't have a ceiling.
