Oceanit is seeking a talented and motivated Electro-Optical Engineer to support new business pursuits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers in the design and development of advanced optical and infrared systems. In this role, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of cutting-edge technologies—from concept development and proposal support to system design, prototyping, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with experts across optics, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to create innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in optical and infrared system design, modeling, and integration. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced R&D environment where creativity and technical rigor go hand in hand.
