Field Marketing Associate

Field Marketing Associate (Entry Level, Growth Track)

Premium Spirits | Costco Retail | Paid Growth Program

Oxnard/Ventura County, CA

(We prioritize placement near your home)

About QUI Tequila:

QUI Tequila is one of the fastest-growing premium tequila brands in the country, known for redefining luxury spirits through craftsmanship, innovation, and culture.

Our collaborations include icons like Chef Nobu and KAWS, and our products are sold through Costco, the most disciplined and performance-driven retailer in the world.

This is an opportunity to get on the ground floor of a brand scaling nationally—and to build real, resume-worthy experience while doing it.

The Role

We’re hiring motivated recent graduates and early-career professionals to join our Field Marketing team. This is a paid, performance-driven role where you’ll represent a luxury brand inside Costco locations and be measured on real results—not busy work.

This position is structured as a Phase-Based Growth Program, designed to reward strong performers with expanded responsibility and future opportunities as the company scales.

Schedule & Location

4 days per week

9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Includes:

30-minute unpaid break

Two 15-minute paid breaks

Assigned to a Costco location near your home whenever possible

No late nights. No bar shifts. Professional daytime schedule.

Compensation

Earning potential: $35–$50/hour (hourly + performance incentives)

Current team average: ~$43/hour

Top performers consistently earn well above the base through bonuses.

Phase One: Field Marketing Associate

In Phase One, you’ll:

Represent QUI Tequila inside Costco

Engage members and educate them on the brand

Drive sales velocity and execution

Operate within a highly disciplined retail environment

Be measured on clear performance metrics (attendance, professionalism, results)

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

Sales & consumer psychology

Brand storytelling

Retail execution

Territory accountability

Performance-based work environments

This is real operating experience, not theoretical marketing.

Phase Two: Growth & Expanded Opportunities

While nothing is guaranteed, top performers are often considered for expanded responsibility, including:

Lead or training roles

Territory or regional support

Deeper exposure to sales, marketing, or operations

Additional opportunities as the company continues to grow nationally

We believe in earning opportunity through performance, not titles given upfront.

Who This Is For

This role is ideal if you are:

A recent graduate or early-career professional

Interested in sales, marketing, brand building, or entrepreneurship

Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented

Comfortable being measured on performance

Looking for a role that can grow with you—not just a short-term gig

Hospitality, business, marketing, communications, and entrepreneurship backgrounds are especially strong fits—but not required.

Why This Is Different

You’re working with one of the most respected retailers in the world

You’re part of a fast-scaling premium brand, not a startup experiment

You’re paid well and challenged

You gain experience that actually translates on a resume

You’re evaluated on merit and results
