Entry Level Sales Associate

Pinnacle Partners Management is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Associates – Customer Service & Fiber Internet Representatives. This high-energy, full-time role is built for candidates who want to grow in entry level sales, customer support, telecommunications, wireless services, and fiber-internet technology while representing Quantum Fiber’s advanced high-speed solutions.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll meet with customers face-to-face, introduce them to Quantum Fiber internet options, and help them enroll in the services that best match their needs. This role provides hands-on training, weekly pay, uncapped commission, and a clear path for advancement into leadership and account management roles.

What You’ll Do as a Entry Level Sales Associates

• Engage customers to present Quantum Fiber, wireless, and telecommunications services
• Assist with enrollments, activations, fiber upgrades, and account changes
• Provide exceptional customer service through product education and tailored recommendations
• Build long-lasting connections that improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer data, and service updates
• Work with leadership to reach and exceed sales performance goals
• Learn and stay current on fiber-internet trends, Quantum Fiber features, and telecom promotions
• Represent Pinnacle Partners Management and Quantum Fiber with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For in a Entry Level Sales Associates

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong interest in entry level sales, fiber internet, telecommunications, and customer engagement
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to learn
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to succeed in a performance-driven environment
• Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
