Business Development Representative (W-2 | Hourly)

$20–$30 per hour | Part-Time | Field-Based

NJOY SPORTS delivers engaging, age-appropriate, multi-sport enrichment programs for children ages 3–10 at daycares, preschools, schools, and community centers. Our mission is to build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement through fun, structured play.

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Business Development Representative to support outreach and enrollment growth for NJOY SPORTS. This is a W-2 hourly part time employee role focused on visiting childcare centers, introducing our programs, and supporting demo scheduling and enrollments.

You will work closely with NJOY SPORTS leadership and follow defined outreach processes, schedules, and reporting guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned daycares, preschools, and schools during business hours
  • Introduce NJOY SPORTS programs to Directors and Owners
  • Explain program structure, benefits, and enrollment process
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site demos with NJOY SPORTS leadership
  • Support follow-up with centers to drive participant enrollments
  • Maintain daily and weekly activity reporting
  • Represent NJOY SPORTS professionally within the community

Compensation & Employment Details

  • Hourly Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
  • Employment Type: W-2 employee - Part-time - 20 hrs per week
  • Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly payroll
  • Hours: Flexible AM or PM schedules available
  • Training: Provided (scripts, materials, outreach guidance)

 

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Outgoing, professional, and confident communicator
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  • Organized and dependable with follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while following structured guidance
  • Must pass a background check (working around children)
