Goodman Capital is a founder-led private credit investment firm with over $500 million in assets under management, serving family offices, RIAs, financial advisors, and institutional investors. The firm specializes in senior-secured real estate and business lending and is rapidly scaling its investor base.

Role Overview

Goodman Capital is building a dedicated Investor Relations Outreach team to support capital formation efforts. The Investor Relations Outreach Associate is responsible for initiating outbound outreach and setting qualified investor meetings for the firm’s senior leadership, including the Director of Investor Relations and Founder.

This role is focused on high-volume, high-quality outreach and is ideal for someone who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and enjoys professional phone-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective investors, including family offices, RIAs, and financial advisors

Deliver a clear, professional introduction to Goodman Capital

Qualify prospects based on role, interest, and investment mandate

Schedule meetings for senior leadership

Maintain accurate call notes and meeting records in the firm’s CRM

Follow structured outreach scripts while adapting naturally to conversations

Meet or exceed daily outreach and meeting-setting targets

 

This is a professional outreach and appointment-setting position within Investor Relations.

Qualifications

Prior experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development

Comfortable making 75–200+ outbound calls per day

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Resilient, organized, and coachable

Experience engaging senior professionals is strongly preferred

Exposure to financial services, private capital, or B2B sales is a plus but not required
