Business Development Representative

THE OPPORTUNITY: 

Are you a Business, Marketing, or Pre-Health student who is tired of "busy work"? Do you want real-world sales and negotiation experience before you graduate?

We are a fast-growing Acupuncture & Wellness clinic in Tigard looking for a tenacious, high-energy Brand Ambassador to help us dominate the local market. We don't want someone to just drop off flyers—we want a relationship builder who knows how to open doors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (The Mission):

The Hunt: You will identify and visit local law firms, corporate offices, and medical practices to build referral partnerships.

The Pitch: You will get past the "Gatekeeper" (Receptionist), find the decision-maker, and present our Corporate Wellness solutions (using our budget to drop off bagels/coffee helps!).

The Close: Your goal is to generate Qualified New Patient Referrals.

The Strategy: You will report directly to the Clinic Owner and learn how to run a territory.

WHO YOU ARE (The "Top Sales" DNA):

You don’t take "No" for an answer. When a door closes, you find a window. You are polite and approachable, but persistent.

You have "Grit." You understand that sales is a numbers game. Rejection doesn't scare you; it motivates you to get the next "Yes."

You are socially smart. You know how to read a room, charm a front desk staff, and look professional while doing it.

You are hungry. You want the hourly pay, but you really want the commission checks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable Car, Valid Driver’s License, and Auto Insurance (Non-negotiable).

Must be able to work 10–12 hours/week (We are flexible around your class schedule!).

Professional Appearance: Must dress Business Casual (Blazer/Polished look) and be well-groomed. You are the face of a medical practice.

COMPENSATION:

Base Pay: $20.00 / Hour (Guaranteed).

Commission: $50.00 for every Qualified New Patient you generate.

Example: If you work 10 hours ($200) and bring in just 3 patients ($150 bonus), you made $35/hour that week.

Cap: None. The harder you work, the more you make.
