Role Description
We are now hiring highly motivated and ambitious candidates for our Assistant Case Manager position. The Assistant Case Manager will work with a team of experienced tax resolution specialists by preparing tax returns and assisting in the representation of taxpayers regarding their Federal or State tax problems, all while developing the additional skills needed to continue your career, and take advantage of opportunities to advance within the firm. This is an entry level position, with tax preparation and tax resolution experience ranging from 0 - 2 years. The ideal candidate must be willing to commit the time needed to become an Enrolled Agent (We provide the resources and job training necessary to become licensed). Must be graduating in December 2025 or prior with a Bachelor's degree (Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher). All business majors are welcome to apply (our staff have a variety of education backgrounds and degrees, including Finance, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Law and Accounting). Prior tax experience is a plus, but not required.
