Robotics Operations & Software Coordinator
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotics Maintenance & Operations Coordinator based in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. You will play a critical role in ensuring continuous uptime, operational excellence & software support for advanced robotic systems deployed in warehouse environments. Bilingual (Mandarin + English) required.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute site-specific SOPs for robotic operations and software workflows
- Diagnose and resolve robot errors using software tools and onsite troubleshooting
- Monitor and update robotics performance dashboards and reporting systems
- Log issues, capture photos, and document abnormal robotic behavior in ticketing/software systems
- Communicate findings and escalations clearly with clients and internal teams
- Ensure safety compliance by wearing PPE and keeping active fields hazard-free
Qualifications
- Hands-on troubleshooting or field tech experience with robotics or automation systems preferred
- Familiarity with software platforms, dashboards, or wireless networks a strong plus
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English required for client and team interactions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
