I’m looking for a designer or architecture student to help reimagine a 3-family brownstone in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

Scope:
• Create or trace existing floor plans (approx. 3,000 sq ft, 3 stories + cellar)
• Provide 2–3 layout options per floor showing modern kitchens, bathrooms, and open living/dining flow
• Suggest creative ways to use the high ceilings on the 2nd and 3rd floors (loft space, lighting, storage, etc.)

Deliverables:
• PDF + DWG (AutoCAD) or SketchUp files
• Annotated notes explaining design rationale

Budget: $500 flat
Timeline: 7 days from start
