Beauty Remidy Aesthetics Studio is a luxury aesthetics brand offering permanent makeup, injectables, laser treatments, fine-line tattoos, and advanced med-spa services. We value authenticity, quality, and creativity. We’re rapidly growing, and we’re looking for a strong social media partner to build our digital presence and elevate our brand online.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage, plan, and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This person will be responsible for content creation, reels, engagement, posting, and performance analytics.

This position requires someone who understands aesthetics, beauty trends, and storytelling — not just posting.

Responsibilities

Content Creation (70%)

Film & edit high-quality reels and short-form videos during treatments, events, and client transformations

Capture before/after content (permanent makeup, injectables, laser, etc.)

Create branded graphics for promos, testimonials, and announcements (Canva proficiency required)

Schedule posts + manage weekly content calendar

Strategy & Growth (30%)

Engage with comments, DMs, tagged posts, hashtags, and local accounts to grow following

Research trending audio, aesthetics trends, med-spa hashtags

Analyze metrics + report weekly wins, top performing content, engagement improvements

Assist with influencer outreach and collaboration organization

Qualifications

Experience in social media marketing (beauty, aesthetics, or lifestyle field preferred)

Skilled in Reels / TikTok editing (CapCut / Canva / InShot or similar)

Strong sense of branding, visual consistency, and storytelling

Understands aesthetics trends and how to build engagement

Comfortable filming treatments, clients, and behind-the-scenes content

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Bonus Skills (Not required but a plus)

Photography + lighting experience

Experience with paid ads (Meta / Instagram)

Familiar with EMR systems such as Jane App (for pulling testimonials/photos)
