⏰ Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shift within 8 AM – 6 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Representative to join our team in Columbus. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will play a key role in supporting field-facing counterparts, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures. We have different clients in the Financial Industry such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Associated Bank and others. Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service in all client and field interactions
- Handle a inbound requests in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries
- Assist the field with mutual fund journal requests
- Support with new account openings, broker-dealer changes, and rollover requests by providing proper documentation
- Collaborate effectively in a high-activity team environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
- Prior financial services experience required; mutual fund experience strongly preferred
- Inbound call experience required
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to research, resolve, and escalate service inquiries as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a high-volume, team-oriented environment
Compensation
💰 Hourly rate: $22.22 - $22.91/hr
