
Part-Time Personal & Brand Assistant (Content, Social Media, Ops)
I’m an early-stage founder building a high-growth skincare brand and lifestyle platform, and I’m looking for a sharp, organized, and creative part-time assistant to help me run my life and business. This role is perfect for a student who’s resourceful, hungry, and wants hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, brand building, and content creation.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with day-to-day organization and scheduling
Help manage social media accounts (TikTok + Instagram) and post content
Coordinate with vendors and partners (skincare labs, packaging suppliers, agencies)
Set up and maintain project management in Notion
Support brand-building tasks (market research, surveys, outreach to potential testers/customers)
General personal assistant tasks (errands, inbox/calendar management, light admin)
What I’m Looking For:
Extremely organized and proactive
Strong writing/communication skills
Comfort with social media platforms and content posting
Quick learner with hustle — not afraid to Google, figure it out, and move fast
Bonus: experience with Notion, Canva, TikTok, or influencer/social media management
Details:
Part-time: ~10 hours/week (flexible, mix of remote + in-person in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills)
Pay: $18–40/hour depending on experience
