Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate AP Pre-calc tutors to join our team! This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with students in grades K–12 and a strong grasp of math concepts across elementary, middle, and high school levels. We’re looking for tutors who are excited to support students’ growth and build meaningful, long-term learning relationships.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one math tutoring sessions remotely

Customize lesson plans to fit each student’s learning style and needs

Monitor and report on student progress

Communicate promptly and professionally with students and Swoop Tutors staff

Maintain a consistent tutoring schedule multiple times per week

Qualifications:

Prior experience tutoring K–12 math (preferred: at least one year)

Strong knowledge of math concepts from elementary through high school levels

Ability to tutor remotely via video sessions

Availability Monday through Sunday (scheduling is flexible)

Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to conduct sessions

Strong communication and organizational skills

Commitment to student growth and long-term success
