Psychologist I

  • The Coordinator of Psychology Services will assist the Unit Administrators to assure that the Psychology Personnel on the Unit maintain and comply with applicable ICF/IID Regulations. The Coordinator of Psychology Services will professionally supervise Psychology personnel to assure that applicable ICF/IID regulations are maintained and there are zero major written deficiencies per site visit.
  • The Coordinator of Psychology Services will review ISP, Written Training Programs, CFA's, Preliminary Enrollment Plans, Discharge Summaries, and Behavior Support Plans. The Coordinator of Psychology Services will submit paperwork within the specified timelines outlined on the HAB Schedule and ensure there are no more than six recorded incidents during the appraisal period where paperwork is submitted to the Unit

  • The Coordinator of Psychology Services will serve on a Quality Assurance Management (QSM) Committee for the purposes of monitoring the quality of services provided by each programmatic discipline on the unit and in the Community Group Homes. The Coordinator of Psychology Services will monitor programs being provided on the Units and Community Group Homes through regular rounds/visits and reviews of client paperwork to ensure that quality services are being provided to each client.
  • The Coordinator of Psychology Services will assist the Unit Administrators to assure that data observations are completed to reflect viable behavior data and that the Discus is administered. Inter-rater reliability is completed to reflect 20% of all observations within 80% reliability.
  • The Coordinator of Psychology Services will attend and participate in required Professional Development in-service training activities. The Coordinator of Psychology
  • Services will attend and participate in behavior management in-services each month as assigned. The Coordinator of Psychology Services will attend and participate in ten (10) of twelve (12) mandated topics each year.
  • The Coordinator of Psychology Services will attend required meetings (Interdisciplinary Meetings, Facility Director's Meeting, Assistant Director’s Meeting, ASRC, QSM Meetings, Human Rights Committee, Psych Consult, and Treatment Review Committee). The Coordinator of Psychology Services will attend or have a representative attend 95% of required meetings.
  • The Coordinator of Psychology Services will complete projects as assigned by the Assistant Director. The Coordinator of Psychology Services will complete and submit to the Assistant Director any reports and/or projects assigned. These reports and/or projects will be completed within the specified timelines with no more than one return for corrections and/or additional information.
