Dev10 Scrum Masters will complete one to three weeks of training customized to you to prepare you for the diverse challenges you will face in your role. Throughout your time as an Associate, you will receive ongoing support through a mentor who will help you to transition into your new career in technology. 

Job Description:

A Scrum Master is a member of an Agile development team responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring the team follows the Agile principles and practices. They work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. 

What We Require

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems OR a non-technical Bachelor's degree with significant technical coursework or technical work experience
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or at any point in the future 
  • Ability to work from one of the following locations:
    • Newark, NJ
    • New York, NY
    • Atlanta, GA
    • Dallas, TX
    • Minneapolis, MN
    • Milwaukee, WI

What We Offer 

  • 1  to  3 weeks of training (paid at $600/wk) including:
    • Certification in Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum Master CSM
    • Various Delivery Methodologies – Scrum, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid
    • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Meeting Facilitation and Business Communication
    • Coaching Teams, Monitoring, and Reporting
    • Conflict Management and Escalations
    • Supporting Senior Leaders and Business Objectives
  • Hourly pay rate depending on location
    • GA, TX, MN, WI = $24.04/hr (equates to $50k annually)
    • NJ & NY = $28.85/hr (equates to $60k annually)
  • Dev10 Mentor to help you navigate the corporate culture and support your success
