Data Analyst
A fast-growing eCommerce company in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Data Analyst to leverage data-driven insights and help shape the companyโs business strategy. Youโll work closely with senior leaders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities, drive innovation, and influence decisions that make a real impact. This role follows a hybrid work model with 3-4 days onsite and the rest remote.
Role:
๐ Partner with senior leaders to align business objectives with data-driven strategies.
๐ Lead analytical initiatives to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations.
๐ค Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus and influence decision-making.
๐ Develop data models, dashboards, experiments, and visualizations to support company-wide insights.
๐ Promote a data-driven culture by sharing best practices and mentoring teams.
๐ง Stay updated on the latest analytics tools and methodologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:
๐ Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field (Masterโs preferred).
๐ผ 1+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
๐๏ธ Strong SQL skills with proficiency in relational database modeling.
๐ Python experience is a plus.
๐ Hands-on experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Looker.
๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent communication skills to present complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
๐ค Proven success collaborating with teams across marketing, product, engineering, and finance.
