CALPIA is hiring a Management Services Technician for our contracts and procurement team at Central Office, located in Folsom, CA.

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, Contracts & Procurement Unit Manager in the Business Services Section (BSS), the Management Services Technician serves as a back-up receptionist to BSS and performs the less technical, semi-professional work associated with the review of procurement requests and documentation, modifications to existing procurements, the collection and dissemination of procurement policy, procedure, and protocol to CALPIA staff agencywide; identification of procurement issues and infractions; data reconciliation and retention; creation of Purchase Orders; and ensuring procurement compliance.

- Experience processing Purchase Orders
- Customer Service Experience
