HOPE Community is seeking a Family Care Manager to support residents in achieving housing stability, improved health, and financial independence.

What You’ll Do:

Provide case management, crisis intervention, and goal-setting support.

Connect clients to resources for housing, employment, transportation, and health services.

Collaborate with community partners to remove barriers and secure needed services.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in social work, Psychology, or related field.

2+ years in human services (shelter or similar preferred).

Strong crisis management, communication, and computer skills.

Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
