Responsibilities:

– Provide expert advice and recommendations on swim gear, swimwear, and accessories.
– Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences.
– Stay up to date with the latest swimming trends, technologies, and products.
– Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
– Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
– Participate in swim-related events and promotions, including swim meets, to engage with the swim community.
– Contribute to the overall success and growth of the swim store.
Requirements:
– Passion for swimming and a deep understanding of swim gear, swimwear, and accessories.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
– Ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
– Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, may include weekends.
– Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
