🐾 Client Service Associate (CSA)
Love dogs and people? Our CSA team keeps things running smoothly at the front desk.
What you'll do:
Greet guests with a warm, professional vibe
Walk pups from the lobby to their play zones
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Sell packages and promote add-ons
Give fun, informative facility tours
Use our POS and reservation system
Occasionally file paperwork (we keep it light!)
Our CSA crew is upbeat, helpful, and ready to show you the ropes!
🐶 Pet Care Associate (PCA)
Want to be hands-on with the dogs? Our PCA team is all about care, cleanliness, and canine enrichment.
What you'll do:
Clean, sanitize, repeat! (A clean pup is a happy pup!)
Feed, bathe, and love on the pets
Interact and play with dogs in our indoor/outdoor spaces
Do some light computer and paperwork
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first, animal-obsessed environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 years of age
- Flexible availability
- Weekend/holiday availability
- Detailed cleaning including vacuuming, moping, wiping, scrubbing
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for an extended period of time, walk, run, bend and reach
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent decision-making, self-awareness and time management skills
- Superior verbal & written communication skills
- A natural love of working with and caring for dogs.
- Self confidence around all breeds and sizes of dogs
- Exposure to unpleasant odors, animal waste, bites, scratches, contagious diseases
- Ability to manage high stress situations in a high intensity environment
- Personal accountability i.e. attendance, dress code, cell phone policy, etc.
- Positive attitude and engaged in daily work operations
- Open to coaching learning new skills and items on the daily from video review/supervisor feedback, etc.
- Year round exposure to an outdoor environment including inclement and extreme weather conditions
