Flour Power Cooking Studios is a family-owned business where kids (and adults!) get to mix, measure, and make memories in our fun, hands-on cooking classes. From weekly classes and summer camps to birthday parties and family events — we’re all about building kitchen confidence, one sprinkle at a time. 

Our membership-based model makes it easy for families to keep the fun going all year long, with creative classes that secretly sneak in a little learning too (shhh... don’t tell the kids!). 

🧁 What You’ll Be Whipping Up: 

We're on the hunt for a people-loving, community-connecting, joy-bringing Sales Associate to help us grow our Flour Power family! Think of yourself as the first friendly face people meet — the one who helps parents see the magic in what we do and says “Yes, your little one CAN make lasagna!” 

🍓 What You’ll Do: 

🌟 Be the Flour Power ambassador out in the community and in-studio — making connections, building relationships, and spreading the word about our memberships, camps, and events. 

📞 Chat with parents (phone, email, in person) and show them how our classes go beyond the kitchen — boosting confidence, creativity, and even academic skills. 

🎉 Help host fun-filled in-studio and community events that bring the brand to life! 

📝 Use CRM tools to track leads, follow up, and keep everything organized. 

💬 Create content for our newsletters and social media to educate and inspire. 

💡 Share feedback, ideas, and results with the team — we love fresh perspectives! 

💛 Help keep the studio sparkling, welcoming, and full of smiles for every family who walks through our door. 

🍕 Who You Are: 

You’ve got 1+ year of sales, customer service, or membership program experience (bonus if it involves kids or education!) 

You’re outgoing, positive, and love talking to people — especially parents and their curious little chefs. 

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle tasks like a boss. 

You love a fast-paced, energetic environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. 

Weekends and evenings? You’re in. That’s when the kitchen really comes to life! 

Most importantly… you LOVE kids and believe in the power of cooking to bring joy, learning, and connection.
