What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Trends

  • Research, pitch, and storyboard content ideas that feel native to TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Track trends and format shifts daily—help us move fast and post with purpose.
  • Assist in editing short-form videos (product explainers, UGC-style clips, skits, behind-the-scenes).
  • Capture raw content at shoots and events; help coordinate creator and collab content.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Threads).
  • Turn questions and feedback into content ideas, FAQs, and brand responses.
  • Help identify micro-creators, potential ambassadors, and UGC that aligns with our vibe.
  • Assist in planning community-focused initiatives like early access drops, giveaways, and surprise sendouts.

Ops & Org Support

  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date content bank of product shots, videos, UGC, etc.
  • Help schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Support weekly reporting on content performance, reach, and engagement.
  • Stay plugged into platform updates, social media best practices, and emerging creators.

Who You Are

  • A student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Detail-obsessed, reliable, and quick to act on trends.
  • TikTok is your playground—you understand what stops the scroll.
  • Comfortable behind and in front of the camera (no pressure, but bonus!).
  • Can write short, snappy captions and comments with personality.
  • Bonus points if you’ve edited videos or dabbled with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • You love the idea of building something from scratch and being a key voice in a small, scrappy team.

What You’ll Get

  • Hands-on experience building a brand pre-launch and post-launch.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing, digital strategy, and startup brand building.
  • A chance to shape the digital voice of a brand built around real women’s lives.
  • Letters of recommendation, future freelance referrals, and potential full-time consideration.
