BE A PART OF SOMETHING BIG

We’re one of the nation’s largest electrical supply distribution networks, with over 700 locations across the United States. We distribute just about every piece of equipment that keeps your lights on, your energy flowing and your lifestyle comfortable. Our products – and opportunity – are all around you.

We’re still growing, and we need talented new leaders to help shape our future. CED’s competitive sales training program teaches top candidates every skill for every job in every facet of our fast-paced, profitable industry.

We hire a small number of new trainees each year – self-motivated, sales-oriented men and women who possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work within a group of people that share in the profits they generate – a partnership. We invest a lot into each of them.

We introduce candidates into the electrical distribution industry through four structured phases that include a lot of variations of on-the-job training. We seek to protect our team-centered, family environment, by exposing every employee to every department. In doing so, we build well-rounded employees who have empathy for and understanding of other departments and colleagues.
