Maintenance Worker

 Primary responsibilities Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance work both inside and outside of City buildings. This position performs multiple functions that are essential to the operations of the City including emergency repair, general maintenance, and preventive maintenance.  This position will work primarily in the City's new Civic Center. This includes gathering first-hand knowledge from contractors, designers, architects, and systems specialists on operations of facility systems including HVAC, electric, and plumbing.
