The Operations Division Coordinator performs a wide range of analytical functions in support of the overall activities of the Operations Division.

The Limited Examination and Appointment Program (LEAP) is an alternate examination and appointment process for the recruitment and hiring of individuals with disabilities into State service. The Associate Governmental Program Analyst position is a statewide exam with a LEAP option.
A SOQ is required, restating and addressing the 3 specific prompts, with your name and Job Control number in the upper left-hand corner, a maximum of 2 pages. 1. Your experience of performing analytical duties, including gathering and analyzing data, identifying barriers, and making recommendations and outcomes.

- Experience scheduling and/or coordinating meetings.
- Experience preparing written correspondence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating travel and assisting with travel reimbursement (CalATERS, Concur)
- Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft products. (i.e., Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems)
- Correctional state experience
